New customer requirements - New lime milk settling system

Due to the conditions on site and the special requirements, the task was to deliver a robust and reliable lime settling system for continuous lime milk production. The main goal was to design an easy-to-clean system and to reduce the lime milk settling time from 20 minutes to 10 minutes.

The mixing time is halved by using two single-mix pipes in one roll-off container. This new development, which has already been successfully tested in simple form in two lime ships on the Lusatian lakeland, continuously produces the required lime milk in a very good quality.

In addition to water treatment plants, we see the new areas of application in industrial plants where process water is neutralised and as a mobile lime milk plant in connection with a mobile lime silo.
